Behind the Shower Curtain

Behind the shower curtain, appears to be,
A phenomenon shrouded in mystery.
Hear hollow thunks like horse hoof beats,
Sometimes even little squeaks.
Undefinable shapes sprout and disappear, swish, thud.
Are ghosts lurking in the tall hot tub?
No sound of splish-splash–
Glimpse plenty of dash,
As flashes of different colored fur streak by,
Curious, ambitious, rambunction high.
Nay, look, catch a peak,
Of kittens jumping at play not unique.
